The Space:
The perfect place for those visiting Gainesville's thriving University scene or those wanting to experience the natural wonder of North Florida, such as the beautiful freshwater springs, like Ginnie Springs (only a 30-minute drive)!

Other Things to Note:
🔇 NO parties or loud music; $500 fee
🦮 NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals
🚭 NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee
🙅‍♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest

What a delightful property! This townhouse was a great find for my family while attending freshman preview at UF. Clean, convenient accomodations located close to campus, grocery stores, and restaurants. And it smelled like someone was baking an apple pie! I only don't recommend this property because I want it to be available next time I'm in town😜
