Scary neighborhood- BEWARE
We sent a message to the property manager upon our arrival. We were so hopeful we were in the wrong place. There were units that had sheets over their windows instead of curtains. There were people just hanging around and others hanging out in doorways, talking loudly and staring at us. We were assured there were no safety issues. Friday night, an alarm to a car right outside our window went off for quite some time. Saturday, our Uber driver was uneasy to bring us to the address and we had to walk the remainder of the way. Sunday, as we were back and fourth putting our things in the car, we must have left it unlocked between trips...and someone brazenly opened the car and went through our glove box and center console. They spread papers all over the car so it was obvious we had been violated. Thankfully, we were smart enough to not leave valuables in the vehicle. But, people should be aware of their safety when booking this unit. Hosts were apologetic but useless in the situation.

Quick Gainesville Trip
Very clean and property management was very prompt when responding or following up to our needs. Very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend this cute one bedroom apartment for a couple or two that are going to a game or a weekend getaway in Gainesville.
