"Very easy check in Couldn't ask for a better location. Few steps from the beach. Everything close by even within walking distance. My family truly enjoyed themselves. Very responsive host. Always got back to me to resolve any situation in a timely manner.I would gladly stay again in any property this host has. Just needed another bathroom for a family of 5"
"The location of this condo simply can't be beat! It is toward the south end of Jax Beach which was quiet and relaxed. The property itself truly is "steps to the beach" unlike the claims at other properties that promise the same but don't deliver. The view from the balcony is extraordinary! You just can't draw it up any better. Everything you need is at the property with restaurants, groceries, and recreational opportunities very, very nearby. The vibe is fun with some quirky features such as the flamingo wallpaper in the foyer as soon as you walk in. It is tastefully done and we loved it! "

"Everything went well and the location was perfect. More amenities than you can think of were available. The view was spectacular; watching the sunrise from the window was a plus! I would stay there again. (If I had one complaint, the half bathroom is extremely small. I’m 5’7” 135 pounds and it felt a bit limited in the shower and using the toilet.)"

"This was a really great property. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the beach, walk for coffee in the morning. It was close to everything.The unit was clean, clean, clean. Well decorated, comfortable bedding. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Prompt and courteous communication. We will definitely stay here again. I have recommended to friends who live in the area."

"Our group of four absolutely loved staying in this cottage. We all agreed we would be happy to live there . While the cottage initially looked like it could use some maintenance on the outside - it didn’t. It’s a true old Florida cottage.Inside it’s so well decorated and comfortable. The beds were comfy, bathrooms good and well stocked with clean towels. There were plenty of beach towels, too.And a short walk past one condo, then across a street to a beach park directly by the ocean. We got up early to see the sunrise on the Atlantic. Also many good restaurants nearby. We especially loved The Dockside (on the river) and Metro Diner. We sure hope to return someday! Thank you for a great stay !"
