"The privacy deadbolt didn’t work. The toilet never stopped running and had a rust stain down the back. A $25 fee is charged for a pet. I’m not sure what that goes toward. There is no refrigerator. Ice machine is not on the main floor."

"Got a room I front of ice machine, too noisy, bathroom no exhaust fan, flush, tape also too noisy, one lift for entire building on one end and other on the opposite end. Takes forever to use it….waste of money and time… Not interested in visiting again. "

Did not eat at restaurant but did purchase a few items from the gift store. Pool looked modern and clean. Would recommend to others and stay again."

"First off, the staff was very rude. No one spoke English at all, and they all had attitudes the middle of the day. There’s nobody at the front desk when you scream and ring the bell. Nobody answers there is ice buckets in every room, but no ice machine horrible the worst place I have ever seen."

"Hotel was very good clean and well maintained. Beach felt a bit further than expected and area is kind of quiet with shops. Things seem to close early. Valet parking was required but there was ample space in the garage that it should not have been needed. Made it more expensive when you included tips. Hotel next door had amply parking and was over $10 cheaper per night. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and happy hour were wonderful, our balcony room gave us a beautiful view of the ocean, we appreciated the staff. Only suggestion for improvement is to replace the cushions on the outside patio furniture. :)"

"Old hotel but clean and hot water in the shower. At the breakfast, waffle distributor was broken and timer on waffle cooker was also broken. Staff very friendly."
