“The Ponte Vedra Inn and club prides itself on service-upscale amenities- right now the resort is going through refurbishment so the risk -no family pool or adult pool or any appropriate beach access point they also have very limited dining right now the golf club room is it-so despite the setbacks due to the reconstruction, they still always maintain a high level of service just be cautious. There aren’t the traditional swimming pools or beach, access areas or oceanfront dining that the hotel……

“Literally the cutest little place!!! The back area has a little seating area with rocking chairs and a hammock and some nice cabanas for relaxing. The front check in area was very clean and it did not have that weird overly perfumed smell that a lot of independent hotels have. The room we stayed in was very nice and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The beach was directly across the street but it was late when we got in so i can't really review it. It seemed nice in the dark. Everyone……

“The stay at the hotel was super, the interior of the hotel and the rooms very clean and beautiful, the breakfast very good and with good offers, we liked it very much. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. In general, we really liked the hotel and we hope to visit it again. The city is very beautiful and very interesting because of its history, with many restaurants and cafeterias”

“The property is a bit outdated, and the location didn’t make us feel very safe. Late at night, someone above us started setting off fireworks. It was extremely loud, and honestly, I was too uncomfortable to even ask them to stop—I just waited for it to end. Overall, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, we missed breakfast because it ended at 9:00 AM. It’s fine for a one-night stay, but personally, I wouldn’t choose to stay here with children.”

“Our recent stay was significantly impacted by several discrepancies between the hotel's advertised amenities and the actual conditions. Upon arrival, we discovered that the air conditioning unit was non-functional and appeared to be damaged, despite assurances of a recent replacement. This necessitated the purchase of a personal fan to ensure our comfort. Furthermore, the "Ocean Beach view" described in the hotel's promotional materials was inaccurate. Our balcony offered a limited view……

“Clean rooms, staff was friendly and quick to help. Breakfast was good. Room was nice and cool when we arrived. Pool was nice...saltwater...didn't expect that but my daughter loved it.”

“The location was perfect! Located in the historic area, across from the fort. The kids enjoyed everything so close by, as did I. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We’ll be staying there anytime we are in the area. Because it’s so close to all the weekend action (bars, restaurants) there was slight noise throughout the night. The hotel advises of this and offers earplugs, however, it didn’t bother us.”

“The location is nice and staff is as helpful as they can be considering they were severely understaffed (one person cleaning rooms). The front desk lady had to clean our room. Bugs are an issue. The room wasnt cleaned well before we arrived (there was sand on the floor and in the bed). It wasnt a good experience at all. We wont be coming back, needless to say.”

“Hotel was very nice. Reasonable walking distance to beach and other restaurants. Understand that there was no complementary breakfast but some coffee would have been nice.”

“Pet friendly , staff was extremely kind and helpful. Rooms were immaculate with plenty of everything. The bed / bedding was incredibly soft. Normally I bring my own down pillows but I forgot and was quite happy to discover that the pillows at the Hyatt are excellent. Not lumpy and not flat. We would easily stay there again. The price on Expedia was actually higher than the hotel which I didn’t like but that’s nothing to do with the hotel. I will address this with Expedia.”
