Hotel at end of cruise

Posted Sep 24, 2013
Pros: Close to the Temple of Heaven (which is why we booked the hotel)
Cons: As mentioned above, separate toilet from bedroom. English speaking staff
Location: close to Temple of Heaven. not a lot of food outlets nearby
On the internet the hotel is stated as having multilingual staff. This is not so. We found it very hard to get them to understand English. One lady tried her best and had to go out the back to get the answers for us. Whilst she was very helpful, it was not easy. The room was lovely and modern but didn't have the facilities shown on the internet. We didn't have an in-room safe, nor fridge. The toilet should be in a separate room as it is not very nice watching your partner using the toilet. We have never been in a hotel before that doesn't have a separate room from the bedroom for the toilet or shower.

Pros: Reception staff and breakfast choice in veg as well in non veg items is good.
Cons: The roof of top 6 th floor ,room 8620 , while raining created sound of rain drops falling on sheets , plus wind sound was whistling during night.
Location: Good location , away from highway . Plenty of hotels close by available. Beside public transport bus can be excessed for 1 yean
Reception staff can speak and understand English language. Breakfast is having good choice of items.
