This is the place to go to in Venice! It is across the Grand Canal from the train, bus and water bus stations. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms are Venetian glam!

Hotel was ok. It was quaint, with old charm. The room's air conditioning couldnt cool the room down. So our nights were very uncomfortable trying to sleep in a warm room. The roof top lounge as advertised was only accessible if you bought their drinks and or food, which was very overpriced. It was close to the train station so that made it easy. The front desk staff were nice and accommodating. I was charged for a cleaning fee in addition to the city tax for each night of our stay.

Location was convenient as we had a late evening train arriving into Venice. Rooftop restaurant and bar was over priced and food selection very limited. They even brought my pasta dish cold.

Older hotel, clean for the most part. Location will have you walking if you are not familiar. Once off the bus you can walk with transporter than roaming around with your luggage. We found that out. Which was convenient once we found out. Didn’t eat the hotel food.

Location was good. Staff were not very helpful. Breakfast for 15 euros a piece was not very good. Booked a tour through the hotel but was not informed the tour that started close to the hotel would not return us there but at the other side of the island. Also would not give me change for a larger Euro bill to smaller bills because they might run out. Not customer friendly.

My wife and I picked this hotel due to its location and proximity to the Train station. We had booked the Superior Double room with Patio views- the room we were given DID NOT have a window so the only way we would have had a view of the patio would be to leave our door open or when we walked through the patio to our room. Without any natural light the room itself felt very dark. In the online description it indicated there were murano glass chandeliers in the Superior Rooms, our room did not have this. It also stated online that there was room for an additional single bed if needed, not sure where they would have put it as our floor space was quite tight with the two suitcases and two carry on backpacks that we were travelling with. The interior of the room could definitely have benefitted from a refresh as could our bathroom which had a cracked toilet seat and a sink that would not drain.

It was OK, but I'm not sure I'd stay there again...lighting was poor, there was no lamp at the mini desk, there was only one chair (so I pulled one in from the hallway), not much storage space, and the AC had a hard time keeping up. Oh, the breakfast was superior and we enjoyed that a lot....the staff there were very helpful.

The hotel had old charm to it. It was nice, wouldn't say amazing or extravagant. It may have been extravagant 30-40 years ago but we didn't mind, we thought it was quaint. All of the staff were nice, helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was nice, but again old charm to it. Overall it was nice hotel. It was a very convenient location to the train station and to restaurants. 2 disadvantages to this hotel.... 1. The air conditioning in our room barely cooled the room. It was slightly cooler than outside temperature. (Which Venice in July is very hot.) It was uncomfortable every night. And there wasnt even a fan to help circulate the air. It was a rough. We took alot of cold showers at night. 2. The roof top lounge as advertised part of the hotel came at a cost, you had to buy their food or drinks in order to enjoy the views. You could not just bring your own drinks and relax on the roof lounge. Additionally, the cost of food and or drinks were INCREDIBLY expensive. The hotel either needs to lower the cost or allow the guests to bring their own drinks if they chose to. The drink options were limited along with the food menu. We ended up going to the kiosk near by and enjoying drinks along the canal for 1/4 of the price the roof top lounge was charging and we had much more fun and entertainment. For the price we spent, it wasnt a bad hotel, the staff helped to make it a pleasant experience.

Excellent reception by Lucas in the evening and a girl in the morning Lucas took my call of not being able to make that day and the girl in the morning was so efficient! The staff are really great from butler to freak fast ladies! Property is located in the right location if you want to cover Venice in 2 days The rooms are standard no coffee maker

I did choose this hotel for a family trip of 4 (four) adults because of a trade-off of price and convenience (it is close to railway central station and piazza Rome bus and taxi parking). The main asset of this hotel is the restaurant open for cocktails and for dinner on the roof top and the very good service at that restaurant. This is not the same level of service you find for the bar and breakfast downstairs that is just ok. Overall the rooms at the hotel were pleasant and cleanand quite. Service at the desk were polite and helpful but I spoke Italian so this might be a factor in my ratings. Comparing with other 4 stars hotels I stayed internationally I would not rate this as four star maybe 3 star at the best and this is mostly due to attention to customers and overall conditions of rooms and quality of services.
