Wow!Posted Nov 18, 2013
Pros: Very smart decor, clean and good location.
Location: Very convenient location for the town centre.
Our room was just fab! Big comfy four poster bed and ornate decor which you usually find in a country house hotel. Not sure if all the rooms were as lovely as ours (Room 80) but we couldn't have wished for a better room, especially as the price was so reasonable. Didn't want to leave! 10 out of 10.

Pros: helpful staff, good food, good facilites and a good price.
Cons: Modern hair dyer
Really nice hotel, good location. the only problem i had was the hair dryer was from the 60's and didnt really work very well, and due to the age of the building and where my room was, when people walked past the corridor my would shake ad rattle.

A nice clean hotel not recommended for familiesPosted Aug 31, 2013
Pros: Clean & friendly, Some Standard rooms are great size without extra bed. Medium size pool, steam room & Sauna are great and very clean. Towels given.
Cons: Would of been nice to be shown to our rooms. The floor and rooms or not sound proof and very noisy. Some attention to cupboards and doors. Screws mi
Location: Not much to do locally. There is a Market, KFC and 24hrs Asda. We Traveled to wild life park which was at least 40 min away.
On arrival staff were pleasant. Was told to go up the stairs and follow the signs to our rooms. Stairs are narrow and signs not too clear on first arrival with kids and suit cases. Would of like someone to show us to our rooms. We had one standard double room and three standard double family rooms. The double room was very small and asked to change. One of the family rooms we could just about open the door as the bed was behind it. Rooms were very clean, pleasant and beds were good. Lots of towels and small shower gel, shampoo and soap in rooms. Kettle, tea, coffee and milk also in rooms. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from hot and cold. Staff pleasant and helpful. Again very clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, steam room and sauna very much. Overall a very good hotel for couples and older people. Not so much for families with children. Only because of the size of some of the rooms and the noise levels. The floors and rooms were noisy, Just walking along the corridors sounded very load. You could hear people talking a long the other side from your room.

Very nice hotelPosted Aug 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
The staff were excellent and the breakfast and reception areas were very nice. Convenient bus service into town and to the station as well as being close to a supermarket and fast food outlets all just a short walk away. All in all we were very pleased with the stay and it was only let down by a slightly poor room with lots of road noise and uncomfortable beds.

Very helpful staff.Posted Aug 24, 2013
The first room we were given had a very noisy extractor fan outside of the window. The reception staff were really helpful in giving us another room, which even had a four post bed. Breakfast was very good.

Enjoyed my stay here. Room clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. The icing on the cake was the cooked breakfast, one of the best I've had! 8-)

Did what it said on the tinPosted Aug 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was a reasonable price for a 3 star hotel and it didn't disappoint. Did all the basic essentials well and the front desk staff were helpful and couldn't do enough.

best so far in wolverhamptonPosted Aug 16, 2013
Pros: comfy bed, shower that works (seems a rarity in other local hotels), staff good, food ok.
Cons: needs a bit of decorating
Location: good for me, just outside the city.
stayed in a lot of hotels in Wolverhampton trying to find a good price and quality room, this is the best so far.
