Not really sure where to start. Minimum £20 cab to get anywhere as you have to go up the M1 to come back on yourself. My room was on the side next to a railway line which had a constant alarm going off 24/7 (sounded like a car alarm). The window was open and had to get reception to close it with a special key (didn't bother). Sure gns it was being used as a half way house for council tenants too. Noisy all night.

The place was great, staff excellent! they went above and beyond to fulfill our necessities. If you are planning on taking the bus, it is far! from the bus stop, almost 2 miles. areas around not good.

The bedroom and bathroom were clean as were the areas around. It is a little dated but no problem as the price is very good. The staff were helpful and friendly. It is extremely convenient for access to London. Would definitely recommend it for both facilities, price and location.
