“Great place to stay!”

We have vacationed in and around Hyannis for years, and this is by far our favorite place to stay. The staff is so friendly! The location is perfect. Accommodations are clean and comfortable. Looking forward to going back.

The room wasn't quite ready at 2pm so we were told to come back. The hotel gave us a $50 gift card to the restaurant of out choice! We were very impressed with the hotel and the service at the front desk! The room was spacious and very clean. The indoor pool and hot tob were also very clean. No complaints about our stay. I would reccomend to anyone.

Good price, good breakfast around the pool at 730 am every morning, wonderful friendly people at Hyannis. Really surprised us as to how warm the people are here. Not like other tourist places. Close to downtown, very good price, can't say enough of the owners. Would definately go back

“Ideal Hotel for visiting Hyannis”

Thoroughly enjoyed our family's stay at the Hyannis Travel Inn. Extremely helpful and friendly staff for whom nothing seems any trouble. Ideal location with lots to see and do within walking distance. Rooms spacious and clean. Indoor and outdoor poosl small but ideal for a relaxing swim in any weather. Continental breakfast included has enough choice for anyone. All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel and will go back if visiting Cape Cod again.

The hotel was bright and cheery and the staff was helpful and friendly. Much more character than the chains and a very good experience for this price range. Easy walk to the harbor and shops.

“average hotel with excellent location in Hyannis We Walked Everywhere !”

The hotel is pretty much as everyone has reported. Needs some TLC but the staff were all nice, the beds comfy, our room was fine. We have no complaints at all. The best part was walking out the door and within 1 block we were on Main st. This was so nice for a couple of reasons: traffic is horrendous (we went in off season and it was still busy). Also, walking home after some drinks was carefree. No need to worry about having a designated driver. The area felt safe after dark. That's all there really is to say. Definitely hit the JFK museum, Cape Cod potato chip factory, Sandwich Glass Museum, and the Dune tours in Ptown. All worth it!

I read the previous reviews before booking this hotel, and I feel the same way. Excellent service--the owner, Liam, is outstanding. He does his best to make everyone happy by providing stellar customer service. His family owned this hotel before him, and it is not just a business investment, it is a personal one too. He really cares about everyone being very happy with their stay. The location is around the corner from Main Street, the main drag, so you can walk. This area of the cape is very pretty. Lots to do. The beach is a mile away or so, and the restaurants are way over-priced and not very good. The only issue we had was with the rudeness of the people who live in the area or drive there on the weekends. They honk at you and throw up their hands at you if you are in their way and they have to wait a few seconds to get their turn to drive. They are aggressive, rude, and mean. For this reason, we may never return. The hotel on the other hand is a reason to go back time and time again.
