We were in room 304 - next to the housekeeping closet and it was not quiet at all. When we arrived the fire alarm was going off as well. Not the most peaceful stay.

Our room was musty. There was a small dehumidifier that was in the room and full so it was not functioning. We emptied it but the musty smell did not dissipate. There was tons of flaking paint on the ceiling and the room faced the center of the building, so it was dark. There was also a party happening in the center of the building right outside our "window" to the center and it didn't end until after midnight. It was so loud and honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we have had in a long time.

The staff were helpful and friendly, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. Although the room appeared clean, the sheets felt damp, there was a dank, mildewy smell. The bathroom ceiling had a lot of black mold, and the fan did not work. Total lack of ventilation. Unhealthy and unsafe!

My room was on the ground floor and when I tried to turn off air-conditioning a terrible smell came out of the heater.I didnt think the place was worth the price. Charging $16 for a regular breakfast included in other hotel was an added expense. The pool was closed in June!
