We really had a wonderful time here. The resort has lots to offer and we'd definitely visit again! I did however think that a lot of the staff was unfriendly and had no interest in helping or answering traveler questions. We just figured it out on our own, or by asking other travelers. It was really evident while trying to order food at the waterparks, but it was still fine. Our shower wasn't clean in the corners of the tub, but everything else seemed great.

I thought the property is nice! This park is for younger kids! I like being able to charge everything from a wrist band. But, when I asked for an itemized list I was told I would get this in an email! Still waiting! Bad customer service!

Love that both the kids and adults can have a great time in one spot!!! Prices to eat are high for portions they charge 16.00 for a basic burger and fries. Staff at check in forgot to give us 3 of our children bracelets leaving us to walk all the way around the building again to get them however staff gave us no trouble in giving us our correct number of bracelets. Water park was closed for 8pm on a Friday night 😵‍💫😭 Making greatwolf a family tradition to celebrate our daughters bday!!!

Room wasn’t cleaned properly especially the bathroom. Floors hadn’t been swept or mopped. Foul smelled what seemed like a dirty diaper on the 3rd floor by the elevator for the two days. Waken up at 2:30am by a very loud drilling sound that was on and off for about 40min. Lost some sleep over it.

The stuff let us wait for half an hour when we check in For no reason They did say anything They say I have to paid 100 dollars for each night for deposit and after I was going to have it refunded But it’s wasn’t the case I call them after almost 2 weeks and they have not refund my money And they open a case saying that they going to contact me after 72 hours and nothing I give them another week and no refund I call them again for a week in a row and not answer
