The breathtaking view of the ocean could be seen from our room (and every room) ... the grounds were well maintained and beautiful. The pool, hot tub, and firepit ensured our family had a great time. The hotel is in close proximity to area beaches and restaurants. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would go back in a heartbeat!

Upon arrival we waited 35 mins while staff checked to see if the room was ready. There was 1 hanger in the closet. We left towels outside the door for replacement. They took them but didn’t leave new ones. I had to call & ask for them. Cleanliness was minimal & the dining room was not vacuumed, dusted or wiped down at all. The public restroom was never cleaned & had paper towels on the floor for days.

We were disappointed with our stay. We requested a first floor room and were assigned a second floor. Although the situation was rectified we did not get the view Housekeeping left much to be desired. Our room was not properly cleaned.. especially that Covid is still an issue. The young lady at reception was most accommodating and did everything she could to help us with the room situation.
