"Very clean and updated apartment in Spicer with views of the lake. We were walking distance to businesses. Had amenities such as coffee, soap, towels, hairdryer, etc. We didn't stay long enough to cook but it did have all the usual items. This one of the nicest properties I’ve stayed in."

"We had a great time girls weekend at Bay Colony. We were welcomed with beverages too, which was so nice! I rated this a 4 only due to some updates in the first room needed (missing blind, bathroom grout and door issues). I did report this, but it didn’t make our stay unmanageable. The people upstairs were loud (banging), but not an issue of the property owner at all. Overall, it was a great getaway on the coldest weekend of the winter (fireplace was wonderful)!! Thank you so much for having us!"

"This is a cute motel. The property was clean and we had excellent communication. We were able to get an early check in when we called which was wonderful. Check in and check out was easy and convenient which doesn’t always happen with motels which have been updated. The walls are paper thin, so if you are a person that needs quiet I would say this is not the place for you. The bathroom was clean but the tub was not updated(think pink). This meant a nice big tub even if it was pink from another...

"The cabin and property were super clean, quiet, and had everything we needed and more. The owners were very friendly. There’s a nice dock and deck to sit and view the river. Property is close driving distance to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and fun area attractions. "
