I did have to do some sweeping when I arrived since the floor looked unkept. My only other complaint (and others have noted this in their reviews as well) was the noise from the upstairs condo above us. I was woken up multiple times in the night to people talking/ not even loud talking either. Overall, it was a good stay. Is like to return in more summer climate weather just to enjoy the sitting areas and view of lake more. We gave 3 stars for communication because when we checked in around 6 pm we had a few questions so we texted and called without response. We did get a great response after our stay from the manager who said they would address the issue immediately. Since we came during off season, there really was very little to do in the area which was a bit of a bummer. The place has great space, we played cards at the kitchen table and laughed and caught up in the living room with a fireplace.
