Pros: Not one thing.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Good location
This room was booked on Expedia and there was no refund option. Upon checking in (in a small, musty side-room), I was assured that there was wifi. I entered my dank, also musty room, and attempted to connect to wifi. There was a very faint signal that failed to run my computer. The room's air conditioner was actually an old window unit that only provided moist air to the room. The room just felt dirty, and when I opened a drawer to look for a pad of paper, the drawer had old rumpled-up cigarette wrappers in it. I pulled back the covers and felt the grayish-colored sheets, and they felt like sandpaper. Honestly, after 40+ years of travelling, this was the nastiest hotel room I have ever experienced (and I could not get my money refunded) ! I did not unpack, as I feared bed-bugs and spent the next two hours driving around town to see if I could find another, cleaner hotel. Everything was booked. I repacked my car, and even though I was exhausted from travel, drove the remaining five hours of my trip - to get home - to a clean bed! As exited the hotel, I noticed many cigarette butts littering the walkway. Apparently the ground crew is on the same vacation as the room-cleaning staff. Whew, never again.

Hotel building was small, kids asked if the building was a house? Service was nice.. But our wifi connection would not work the evening of our arrival. Front desk had no clue on what to make of it.. (Thinking there were a lot of ppl connected). Kids were disappointed! Rooms are clean, small but for one night stay, was good enough

I guess I normally don't stay at Super 8 but it was the only thing available due to the All Star Game in town. It was ok but the walls are very thin and you could hear people coming and going all night. The bed was hard and the pillows are flimsy. It was not a relaxing experience.

Cons: Staff friendliness and actual in room wifi!
Hotel advertised 'free in room wifi' but the wifi only worked in the hallways & lobby. The clerk didn't understand why I was upset about it. The clerk was also a complete jerk about how my husband booked the room on Expedia...how many kids wasn't an option! I'll stay with friends before I ever stay in this hotel again!!!

older facility that is in need of remodeling, clerk was unfriendly and I suspect wasn't comfortable in her english. No elevator requiring baggage to lugged up stairs,

Pros: There was nothing special about this hotel.
Cons: Clean up the place and get rid of the very strong smoke smell. Attitude adjustment and training on how to address a customer would help greatly.
Manager / receptionist was rude from the start. I asked to see the room prior to staying and was met with an attitude. Place smelt like a smoky pool hall when entering the main desk. I certainly would never stay there again. Do yourself a favor and drive to the next location.

Pros: Close to the location of our event.
Cons: The hotel needs a face-lift. Breakfast foods were very disappointing.
Location: Our Catholic church was close by.
