Pool was good, hot tub was closed which was too bad, my only major issue was no house keeping came into the room the 3 nights we stayed, never replaced towels or linens. Also 5 dollars for a vending machine soda is outrageous. But overall a nice stay with easy access to the Mall of America.

Yes. Room was a handicapped room, shower only 1 person at a time. Staff should have made us aware and we would've upgraded to a 2 person room. Plenty of shopping. Not pleased 😕

I would recommend the Inn to people I know visiting Chaska. The management and staff were very friendly and assisted us in several of our requests. Very clean, breakfast was great and the place was so quiet and relaxing. Chaska is a nice city.
