"The personal service provided by the staff at 41 was exceptional, we took advantage of every dining experience at the hotel; the pub, afternoon tea, the Curry Room, room service, and of course the Executive Lounge I spent hours using as a personal retreat in the morning and evenings, my wife taking advantage of the late night snacks, ice, and ice cream. "Beautiful, comfortable and classic furnishings Great service. Very welcoming. Great central location to everything in London. We stayed at several comparable high end places on our trip and all had coffee machines in the room. The Ritz does not. A small but Important omission I believe. "
