DisappointingPosted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: The staff was nice.
Cons: The room was damp and musty smelling.
Location: Close to the highway and a shooting range. Within a 2 mile radius you can find every fast food chain known to man.

Convenient location to major travel routes.Posted Jun 3, 2014
Pros: The staff was very attentive and responded promptly to all requests.
Cons: The smoking area unfortunately was located immediately outside the exit to the parking area. You could often smell the the smokers in the hallway.
Reception was very positive and welcoming. Housekeeping was most helpful with all requests. Breakfast was exceptionally well handled and Debbie made us feel at home and valuable as a guest. The room was comfortable and restful at night. We never ran out of hot water in the shower.

Extremely outdated, curtains were so bad, just poor quality. Staff was nice and helpful. Just not a very nice place, I feel bad saying this but it's true.

The only reason that the service didn't get a 5 star is because the bar tender at crazy joes bar was very rude

Affordable with excellent amenitiesPosted Oct 4, 2013
Pros: I liked the beautiful Atrium, the pool and games such as billiards and ping pong, and the free coffee in the lobby.
Cons: The location, behind a strip mall, felt a little unsafe at first, but once inside the hotel I felt quite safe and comfortable. Atrium was too hot.
Location: You can hop on I-70 and get to Columbus or Dayton easily. You can go north on Limestone and be downtown in a few minutes to see the Heritage Museum,
I came to Springfield for a high school reunion and to visit relatives. The hotel was accessible from I-70 and from downtown. It was also attractive and the staff were helpful.

Bad locationPosted Aug 29, 2013
Hotel in a very bad part of town. Front desk staff rude. Appeared to be a hotel mainly for truckers. Not a family friendly atmosphere.
