I paid for this through Expedia booking. Then the hotel charged me again at checkout on the credit card they required to be placed on file. I called, they immediately reversed it saying “that happens sometimes.” Well 1 month later- they charged my card again!!!! What a scammmmm!!!!

The staff was really nice and the room was really clean. The staff in the little convenient shop were super awesome. Every single time we went in there. The pool was trash and there was no restaurant or bar to grab food.

This hotel was disgusting. Bathroom was filthy, stains and soap scum all over the shower walls, a dead bug on the sink. The carpet had crumbs and torn paper when we checked in. We didn’t receive toilet paper or soap and had to call down. The hallway floors had crumbs and trash. Garbage cans were overflowing and teenagers roaming everywhere, running up and down the hallway screaming.

I was disappointed that they didn’t have free coffee. Never have I stayed somewhere and didn’t. Also couldn’t get coffee there till7:30. Had to go to McDonald’s. And last was Ants in our room. Was told they come in to get water. Other then that everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location for Cedar point, as gave us early entrance time for the park. Also a 8 minute drive to Sandusky for Walmart and restaurants. Will take a damages deposit which we are still waiting for to be returned. Rooms ok, clean and have all amenities required, but storage was lacking. Great size fridge, with freezer and microwave. Our main concern here was noise, especially at night. They have quiet time between 10-6 but families leaving the pool, returning from the park, we’re allowing kids to run around corridors and the noise was an issue when we were trying to sleep. Nothing wrong with the hotel, just wasn’t for us.

I feel they should provide a designated smoking area near the courtyard. I did not like the fact they are cashless and you have to use a debit card to buy a $3.00 coffee. I also think coffee should be offered for free to guest. This hotel does not offer a compliantly breakfast. Only stayed because of location and did not want to drive all over Sandusky.

Great location - minutes away from Cedar Point. Decent room and very clean. Fast checkin/ checkout. Friendly staff. Only opportunity to make our stay better would have been providing more towels in the room -- for 2-person, 1 night, we were only given 2 bath towels. especially since if you use the pool, then you'll need more. Now this said, I'm positive if I would've asked housekeeping for more, then I would have received them quickly. I just didn't notice I only had 2 until it was very late at night.

Room was clean and ready when we got there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and splash pad are exceptionally cold and the pool bathroom isn’t baby friendly. No changing area or trash can for diaper change.
