"The beach and water were outstanding. Option for umbrella would be great. Food was mediocre and I would expect more fish. First time I actually got sick as I am a late eater and they keep food out for 630 to q 10 closing. Staff are Meh… major attitudes and lazy. Only service you get that is top notch is dining and center bar. Consistent and above standard. Why the work hard and have great customer services skills. Tada…. Formulas! "

"i had q wonderful time with my family there. my only complain is that they gave me a room in building 3 which was too far to the main lobby i had to carry my kids a couple time."

"This is my 9th visit to this resort. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Jamaica. The room was updated and clean. The staff are always kind and willing to help. Yoga by the beach is great, dancing at the Infinity Bar is awesome and the food is delicious. "

"Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The water sports options are fantastic. I highly recommend their scuba instructor "Sugar" if you are looking to get your certification. All of the chairs on the beach and around the pool have a float cushion and there were plenty of open chairs available. The beach was so beautiful. No seaweed on the beach. Food and drinks were great. The coffee bar was perfect and had delicious espresso drinks. Buildings were close together so no long walks to get to dinner like some resorts."
