Beautiful resort, delicious food, lovely staff. The resort has so many pools and bars in addition to being right on the beach. I love that cabanas was offered to all and on a first come basis. Every restaurant had amazing food. Amazing stay! Shout out to Kevin (forgive me if I’m saying it wrong). He made sure we were taken care of the entire trip

The staff was super friendly the food was OK. We didn’t get to try a lot of food because we only booked one day and one night so we left like 2 PM the other day but overall it’s a beautiful hotel. It may not be as big as the other hotels, but it has a lot of pools and there’s a beach. I definitely would book a longer stay next time.

Great resort. Extremely calm and laid back, just like we wanted. Plenty of amenities - if you can’t find something you like, the beach is probably not the place for you, The only deficiency is the upkeep of the physical property, but it is nothing that will degrade the quality of your stay. I would definitely highly recommend this resort and hope we have a chance to come back someday.

Property was clean and the staff are friendly. The open concept lobby made check-in very hot and I was not impressed with the fact that there was no shuttle from the parking lot. Food choices varied but I wasn’t impressed with the Asian cuisine. The Italian restaurant was quite nice and the food was good. The buffet could use some more options.

Staff is amazing , work very hard to please everyone but unfortunately the property is outdated and not well maintained. For a family with children the buffet doesn’t offer hamburger, pizza , hotdogs, you need to go to the outside grill and after waiting your turn for your food then meet up with your family to eat at the buffet, by then everyone finished eating . Ocean , the beach and staff are the best part of this hotel

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Azul in Negril. For the most part, staff were helpful. They work very hard trying to maintain the property. Probably the biggest disappointment was the food. We mostly ate at the buffet because our experience at 2 of the à la cartes restaurants weren’t great. We would go to eat around 730pm, twice they had run out of several appetizers and specialty drinks. There were various entertainment shows in the night time ie, fire show, steel drum band, reggae night, etc. steel drum band was amazing. The beach is beautiful, very well maintained, the reason we chose this resort. There was security on the beach at all times which was helpful, there were always people asking u to buy but they were respectful if u didn’t want to buy. This is our 4th time to Jamaica…..not sure I would choose to come back to Azul.

The rooms were very very outdated, myself and none of my family felt comfortable sleeping in the regular guest rooms, as the better rooms are within the timeshare, the regular room smelled like mold, or mildew, it wasn’t pleasant, it was bugs and dirt in all the rooms, just was not happy with the room accommodations and it would’ve been great to have different varieties of food: The staff was very sweet and friendly and that’s a plus.

It was a piece of paradise. The sea was divine. The rooms right In front of the beach all small villas surrounded by pools. I loved the buffet. The food was fresh and there were different kinds of cooked meals. The people were kind and friendly. Not crowded which made it peaceful. They had beautiful shows and songs in the evening. Very happy. Will come back for sure. And the sea!!!! I don’t hours and hours floating and swimming. Enough towels, plenty of beach chairs. Coffee and drinks available all the time. Loved it! Loved it! Loved it!

Less than a year after the hurricane and the hotel is doing as well as can be expected. We thought the food was pretty bland and not memorable. The staff were amazing at the bar. The resort is pretty clean as well, but def not worth the 90+ min commute from the airport.

Switched rooms 3 times. The first two smelled very musty. We had been 10 years ago and property was much more run down this time. There have been hurricanes since then but seems like the facility needs to do some work. Rotten wood in lots of places. Food was ok. Only a few restaurants open each evening. Asian was the best. The best of all was the beach that was literally 20 steps from our room. Beautiful water and great sun beds. I’d probably stay there again.

This was my first worst hotel experience I will never recommend it to anyone. Service so poor, not nice staff. The food was so cold n hard n no taste. The view was beautiful n resort itself looks nice but everything else was terrible. I would never recommend it to anyone.
