We loved this place. The rooms are large and well decorated. The two story villas in the complex look out on lagoons. Each villa has a butler who can help you with any needs plus the large Al Qsar hotel is the official "lobby" for the villas if you need a taxi or other central services of a hotel. You feel very private, but don't sacrifice services. Much nicer than staying in a high rise.

Still the hotel of a choice in Dubai but the exclusivity is fading somewhat. Minor issues start to appear (e.g. the shower heads in our room didn't work properly and water temperature difficult to keep). For that sort of money, Al Qasr located next door might be a more sensible option.

I booked this hotel as a surprise trip for my husbands 50th birthday. From the moment we checked in the staff have been great, never too busy to help you and very polite.
The facilities at the hotel including the use of the water park are great.
We had an ocean facing room which was massive, very clean and we couldn't fault it at all.
They even left a bottle of bubbles and a large chocolate cake to celebrate my husbands birthday which we thought was a lovely touch and very much appreciated.

The hotel apartment provided us with the perfect space for our family needs. Its excellent when travelling with teenagers that having the extra space didn't mean that we had to compromise on quality. The apartment was in perfect condition and all our needs were met. I have to say that the staff in both reception and the club lounge where we had breakfast were excellent and did the Jumeirah group proud with their professional attention to detail and friendly attitude.

located close to the airport this hotel does not charge the massive uplifts some of the beach hotels do whilst having the same, if not better, facilities and rooms. The suites are incredible and the staff attentive. The hotel, although not on the beach is being close to both a metro station and benefits from a free shuttle that drops off at major tourist spots as well as other Jumeirah hotels. Free access to Wild Wadi & Jumeirah Beach also add to its appeal. We are fortunate to have stayed in some excellent hotels on our travels and this, for us, was the best of the lot.
