Terrible neighborhood.

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: The location is around the corner from a terrible neighborhood.
The room was unexpectedly small. There was a terrible leak at the ice dispenser. The housekeepers cleaning cart was a shopping cart from a grocery store. House cleaning separated bedding on the concrete ground. The continental breakfast was skimpy. I was billed twice:-( staff was not helpful, told me there was nothing they could do.Unfortunately not worth the cost.

Good Enough

Just needed a place to sleep in the area. Room was clean. Nice bedding. Just your average run of the mill hotel. No pool. Next to a Denny's.

Run Down

Posted Jun 5, 2015
Pros: the bed
While the staff was helpful enough, and the bed quite comfortable...this hotel is much lacking on updates as well as just plain run down on the outside.

The place is so old with rusty elevator. The paintings are bad Dusty and bad smelling. Hope they will improve their facilities. It's really a bad experience .

Good for what we needed!

Posted Apr 2, 2015 on Hotels
We were taking a short trip to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom and this room was great for what we needed, a less expensive but clean room within walking distance of Six Flags. The staff was friendly, we were able to check in early and it took us about 20 minutes to walk to Six Flags. The neighborhood isn't the best, but I would suggest walking around before dark.

Next to the freeway, hidden expenses

Posted Mar 23, 2015
When I booked the room, the price was reasonable. When I got there, they wanted to charge me the same amount again for incidentals. I understand there is always an incidentals charge, but it is not usually the cost of the room. We had to give them cash in order for our card to not hold the amount for 3 days. When we checked out, they had to go inspect the room to make sure we didn't destroy it. As the maid was checking the room, the person in the front told me they charge the high amount because when they did a remodel, and people were breaking sinks and TV's. I should have booked the room that was a little bit more, and not had to deal with this. I will not stay at this chain of hotels again.

Clean Cheap Easy Hotel Stay

Posted Feb 26, 2015
Right of the freeway, Easy to find and park at. Breakfast was served as described. Those offended easily by noise may want to book further from the freeway. The sound of passing cars is soothing for me. Only small issue I had was the bathroom caulk was brown and at places black. Other from that room was clean. Carpet was clean.

Hotel Stay

Posted Jan 28, 2015 on Hotels
The overall cleanliness of the room was pretty good for such reasonable rates. The girl at the front desk was really nice and I enjoyed the comfort of the lobby area. Next morning was a nice continental breakfast and really fast and friendly checkout was great.
