"The hotel has a wonderful ambience and style. The room is extremely clean and very nicely decorated that gives you a unique feeling not that you’re in an ordinary hotel. We dined at the restaurant for dinner and the food was excellent and the waitstaff was friendly and prompt. What set the hotel apart for us though, was the outstanding hotel staff, they were extremely friendly and accommodating, and made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and will most...

"Room was clean, lots of space, full fridge. The man who checked us in was super kind, helpful and personable. The only issue I have is that we called for towels Saturday night and they never came so we had to call again Sunday morning. But we’d stay again despite that little snafu. "
"Club Quarters WTC is an excellent hotel, with well-designed compact rooms that make great use of space. Front desk staff are friendly, efficient & helpful particularly Marsha-Ann. Free good-quality coffee is available in the lounge area, a plus in an expensive city like New York. Location is excellent, close to subway stations & PATH to New Jersey. Highly recommended!"
"Loved how close it is to wall street and the ferry. The breakfast and 24/7 free coffee is nice, since it's hard to find anything open at 11pm in the area."

"Professional staff. Very clean. Perfect location. Walking distance to many great restaurants, museums & Central Park. Away from the big tourist crowds but close enough to all the attractions. Reasonable prices. I would recommend this hotel and return again on my next trip. "

"1) I have never stayed in a hotel that did not provide a pen and paper in the room.
2) Surprised also there was no coffee/tea maker.
3) Your market is hilarious. $5 for a pack of M & Ms?"
