"We absolutely loved our 5-night stay at Kokomo Cottage. It was quiet, peaceful and exactly what we needed after a hectic tax season. Rather heading to Folley Beach, or downtown Charleston for a day of shopping, sightseeing or an incredible dinner, the Cottage is centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Owners ensure your privacy and were very helpful, as needed! We loved our vacation and didn't want to leave! Thanks Ken and Christine!!!"

"This property was walking distance to beach and the waves at the beach were most excellent!. The area around the house was quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the inlet. The property was clean and just big enough for a small family or 3-4. The kitchen was fully equiped with the essentials. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach essentials. We would definately stay here again!!"

"We stayed at The Rathershacks "Happy Shack" and the place was great. The place was very clean and the appliances were very nice and actually worked. There are all of the essentials just as stated. The beach amenities are great, not junk. There are so many towels for the beach and inside. The owners are the greatest and very helpful. When we go back we will most definitely check their places first."

"The house is wonderfully located right on the beach, most beautiful view, clean , modern , well equipped and dog friendly. THANK YOU! We truly enjoyed our time and HIGHLY recommend it. It is so comfortable , we didn't want to go out anywhere and had all our meals on the porch but it is close to the cute town and many good restaurants. This house made our stay at Folly Beach memorable, I can't wait to return."

"Charming, older home with a beachy vibe. The kitchen gives you the feeling of being at grandma's . Loved the view from all the windows, the sloping floors and all the decor that helped us appreciate the obvious nostalgia the owner feels for this home. House was clean and well stocked and the location is perfect! The only suggestions I could make would be to upgrade to a Keurig coffee maker and provide tissues."
