"House was just as depicted online. Nice pool in a private well landscaped back yard. Plenty of beach chairs and towels to accommodate everyone in our party. Kitchen was well equipped. Short walk to the little town of Folly Beach as well as the beach. My favorite touch - toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. were provided to get you started! Hosts were very reachable to communicate with."

"This unit was in a great location close to restaurants and across the street from the beach. It was clean and very spacious. The floor is coming up in spots so you do need to be careful walking barefoot. Parking is less than ideal. You are told where to park but it is really a free for all with other guests. You keep your fingers crossed that you have a place to park if you go anywhere and come back."

"Very cute property. Very Clean and well maintained, we have stayed at many properties on FB and the Turtle Bay properties are our favorite. Most places look like they haven’t been updated since the 90’s and despite costing thousands for a week, most feel kind of run down. This property was great! My only complaint is that the pillows are awful. We forgot ours and luckily took some from my parents around the corner. If you can-bring some from home. Otherwise highly recommend!"

However, several of the dresser drawers were broken and could not be put back on their tracks, the non-stick pans were unusable - stained and extremely scratched up and contacting vacasa to get this resolved was not an easy process - i was bounced around from a central text messaging system to a local office to a "care taker"...

"This was a great property. We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue was with the maintenance. The slider door handle broke on the first day. I reported it and the person who was coming to fix the vent in the master bath fixed the door handle. The vent was the wrong size. A couple of days later the handle totally broke off. I reported it and they said they would put in for it to be fixed. We never saw another maintenance person for the remainder of the stay. So we had no door handle which made...

"The unite was very nice and well stocked with towels and bedding. The only thing we found that needs attention was the air ducts need to be cleaned some had mold on them and the one in master bed room was not working. But over all a very nice stay will most definably use you again."

"This was our first visit to Folly Beach over Labor Day & absolutely loved it! The condo was exactly as advertised & kitchen very well stocked. My boys 10 & 14 liked their rooms & beds were comfortable. Music from Loggerheads across the street was a little loud & could be heard in their rooms at night but they were so tired & it wasn’t an issue. We all enjoyed being a short walk to dinner & ice cream & Berts market. We definitely will be back!"

"The house is wonderfully located right on the beach, most beautiful view, clean , modern , well equipped and dog friendly. THANK YOU! We truly enjoyed our time and HIGHLY recommend it. It is so comfortable , we didn't want to go out anywhere and had all our meals on the porch but it is close to the cute town and many good restaurants. This house made our stay at Folly Beach memorable, I can't wait to return."

"This was a great location. It put us closer to the beach and away from crowds, yet historic Charleston was a short trip away. The condo was as described in the listing and the view was great. As described - 4th floor, stairs only. Travel light. The beach chairs were great and Jennifer responded quickly to my text messages. Would definitely stay again."
