"This little condo was perfect for my family. Right on the beach with a SHORT walk that had a shower. Everyone in the plex was so nice and welcoming. Previous reviews mention it being older or worn down but we found it to be quaint, calm, and perfect. Well outfitted with everything we needed and the rental company was extremely helpful!"

"Great place to enjoy the access to Folly Beach. This condo provided a very peaceful and comfortable stay away from the busy beach traffic. We appreciated all that the condo had to offer especially the beautiful sunset views. We definitely underestimated the four flights of steps, it’s not for everyone who may have physical challenges that may hinder their ability to climb. "This was the perfect location (very walkable to restaurants, shops, and beach) and space (good layout of rooms, balcony was a bonus) to have a beach weekend and explore Charleston! Fred was very prompt in his communication, the place was clean/as described, and had good instructions outlined/easily accessible to review. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely try to book this place again for future visits!"

"I believe the stay was great. We got early check in, the parking passes were easy to get, great instructions on what to do and overall i loved the place. The only issue was one of the toilet paper holders in one of the bathrooms was loose but thats sooooo minor"

"The accommodations were excellent. It is about a mile to the beach, but a small dock and waterway is directly behind the development. Everything you need for a great getaway is provided. Please be aware there are HOA agreements the owner requires to be signed over and above the VRBO agreement. That was the only negative attribute of our stay. We felt they were completely unnecessary. "The house is wonderfully located right on the beach, most beautiful view, clean , modern , well equipped and dog friendly. THANK YOU! We truly enjoyed our time and HIGHLY recommend it. It is so comfortable , we didn't want to go out anywhere and had all our meals on the porch but it is close to the cute town and many good restaurants. This house made our stay at Folly Beach memorable, I can't wait to return."

"Charming, older home with a beachy vibe. The kitchen gives you the feeling of being at grandma's . Loved the view from all the windows, the sloping floors and all the decor that helped us appreciate the obvious nostalgia the owner feels for this home. House was clean and well stocked and the location is perfect! The only suggestions I could make would be to upgrade to a Keurig coffee maker and provide tissues."
