Wife and I had a blast for a last minute quick getaway after some other plans fell through. Took a day trip to decorah and explored and gambled a bit at the casino near by. They have a website with other cabins might look to return again over the summer with my older college and high school kids as the cabin was huge for the two of us. Not a huge deal for us...just a little disappointed no water view. If you love trains, this is a great spot!! Recommend doing the nearby Spook Cave boat tour...very unique experience unlike any typical boat tour we've ever done. Overall very relaxing stay. "We had a blast. Verizon worked if you're connected to the wifi. But this property sits in the bluffs and is perfect for a get away. Trout stream runs right through the property and the added space for sleeping next to the main cabin was great. The town of Waterville is close and they had good food and cold drinks. We were looking forward to the hot tub but it wasn't quite as warm as we had hoped but it worked properly. The only downfall I would say is the amount of wasps on the property but...

"My family and I stayed in the Larsen hunting cabin. We went there for the weekend to ride on the Larsen UTV trails. The place definitely did not disappoint super quiet very relaxing. We enjoyed every minute of it definitely cannot wait to go back. Check in process was super easy got a message that the place was open and ready for us."
