We stayed in this hotel and we had a great time and the staffs was very helpful in booking tours for us and making sure we were having a great trip. I hope to go back soon. Go Saints!!!!
Overall was good. The only compliance is that valet was kind of rude.
Excellent service from staff. Very nice room and clean. Awesome breakfast. Very close to Superdome and smoothies king center.
Great location. Close to many attractions. Helpful staff. Easy checkout process. Convenient transportation.
Perfect location in the French Quarter, friendly staff, nice rooms, even a small pool! Would definitely stay there again.
Great, hotel and facilities; however, the other guess are noisy and coming in around 2-4 AM from drinking yelling and making lots of noise. hard to get a good night rest after a long day of tours and walking around the FQ.
Excellent staff and convenient location. Nancy at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.
Very friendly staff. All were pleasant and accommodating.
One of my favorite New Orleans hotels! The lobby is exquisite, luxurious and welcoming all at once. I highly recommend grabbing a delicious cocktail at the Sazerac Bar before heading up to your room!
Staff very friendly, overall hotel very good but bathroom was very ready for a reno.
The hotel is old however it is reasonably priced and close to all French Quarter attractions. The rooms are clean and tidy and exceptionally big and we found them fairly good value for money. One thing I don't recommend is eating in the staff cafe, the staff there were less than friendly and it took ...
Great hotel, fabulous location, certainly will stay there again
Nice hotel, great location. The staff is very kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend it
Mr. Dwayne was wonderful. Our room was exactly what we wanted which had that old, historic feel. Rooms was very clean and the staff was amazing.
These staff members did a bang up job upon arrival. The club lounge had excellent horderves upon arrival and the breakfast was original. One of the guests felt that our TV was too loud and asked a staff member to request we turn it down :/..... Great place to stay in NOLA. The back exit of the hotel ...
The room was beautiful and large. The staff was very friendly and accommodating even at 4 AM when I arrived late due to plane delays.
Great location in French Quarter within walking distance to all the attractions. Beautifully decorated condo with all the amenities you’ll need. Would definitely stay here again.
