"We rally enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing and kind! Cocktail night at the bar was a lovely surprise. They offer 3rd part transportation to downtown and Opry Mills. The offer we were given when check-in was different then what the driver gave us. He needed to call and ask but he was able to accommodate us. The number he gave us to call was also out of order. We ended up calling the hotel and they were helpful in contacting him. The transportation was not on the hotel. Overall we would stay again."
