"We recently stayed 7 nights at the Grand Del Mar and had a wonderfu trip. We had an issue the first night but staff were so helpful in resolving - special thanks to Christian. Irene at the Concierge desk was amazing in bookings and recommendations. Property is stunning and facilities great - try the archery. They had a fantastic guitarist (David) who played and sung by the pool at the weekend which was very relaxing."

Humphreys Half Moon Inn
3.5 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (1921)
"Stay itself was great. Rooms are neat and clean. Pool was wonderful and the bartender was great. My only complaint was the food for dinner was not the best for the prices they are asking. We ordered 2 filet mignon and they looked nothing like that and tasted like a frozen cheap steak. Rest of the dinner was great. Overall the stay was fun. Close to anything you would want to do in San Deigo. I would recommend staying here but eat elsewhere. "
