The staff which were at work were brilliant. The staff outside protesting were a nightmare. You could not hear them in the room which was good. The hotel over all was 10/10 for comfort, cleanliness and friendly staff highly recommendable to anyone planning a trip. The hotel is also situated in a great ...
Gréât hôtel, gréât location. There was a demonstration going on outside the hotel at the time and the noise could be heard from our room. The air vent in the bathroom was very dusty and requires cleaning. Could trigger allergies. I would stay there again.
A beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood. I loved the park next door.
Very nice hotel and close to shopping and right on fishermans wharf. Would stay here again on my next visit
Nice hotel, a little pricy, but it worth staying there. Location is perfect, comfort - perfect, really helpful staff.
The bellhop at the Intercontinental Mark Hopkins is awesome! I stayed overnight there on 11/10/18 and he totally yelled at some impatient Uber that was honking at me to move as I was putting on my seatbelt. Thank you to the bell hop for ensuring our safety and for telling the rude Uber driver to ...
The room was nice. I have no complaints about the Intercontinental.
Excellent hotel in prime location directly on the beach. Very attentive staff pampering guests with fresh cooked breakfast and generous happy hour with wine and cheese snacks, both included in the room rate. Very recommendable.
I wasn’t sure about this place when we pulled up. Outside needs tlc but the inside was quaint and awesome! Anne the front desk was amazing and chatted with us while we waited to go to dinner!
Beautiful hotel close to Macy’s and Union Square. The staff were helpful and friendly and room service was speedy and great quality. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Nice hotel - helpful friendly staff. Great location
Nice hotel close to the beach .. avoid the spa .. masseuse talked the whole time thru
The staff was great, made our stay very pleasant. The view at night, AMAZING!! I would definitely stay there again.
Beautiful, clean, comfortable and convenient Hotel.
Extremely nice, good for a business trip. Cool outside pool area and little fire place
I had a convenient and prompt check in. The staff is very professional. The location is great, and I always take the opportunity to stay here when the rates aren't astronomical in high season.
Close to Fisherman's Wharf/Pier 39. Excellent atmosphere / courtyard.
Easy access to Union Square, Fisherman’s wharf and nearly everywhere downtown while still remaining fairly quiet at night for tired travellers (or perhaps bea cause our room was not facing the street).
