Everything was good except my wife got sick after eating a burger from room service
Best location!! BLT restaurant a wonderful experience.
Everything was very nice, the wine on Thursdays is a nice touch.
Great staff. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Coffee in the lobby in the morning was a bonus.
Nice location. If you like to walk, many places to eat & shop down 11th Street. We walked down to the Nat History Museum. Friendly area. Awesome staff at this location!
Lovely room, and absolutely loved the bathroom and the shower! The staff were lovely and so helpful. The hotel was beautiful. Unfortunately, they were having a lot of renovation, which we weren't informed about, and this caused a lot of noise, and interfered with the whole experience. On holiday, ...
Walking distance to everything. Would definitely come again.
Staff were all incredibly friendly. Loved the room. Only thing I would recommend would be to have some other pillow options. The ones on the bed were all too thick and hurt my neck. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to all my friends visiting the D.C. area!
The hotel was excellent. However, I had an issues with my bill and it took far to long to get a response and ultimately a resolution

We found the apartment spotless and the owner very accessible- he provided much information in a very organized way. The keyless entry was perfect--no keys to carry ...
The hotel is beautiful, staff outstanding and the location is fantastic. The bathroom was a bit small and dated, but otherwise a great hotel.
Nicely located, right by Union Station and walking distance from the Capitol.
Gorgeous hotel, great location, lots of history. Loved it.

Clean, traditional yet contemporary. Very nice people
Hotel was beautiful. Staff was extremely kind and friendly. Hotel is in nice location as well.
Beautifully decorated, fantastic staff, great facilities. What a treat to stay at this hotel!
The hotel room was amazing. However, we were disappointed in the ambiance in the spa area. Plastic weave furniture, no hot tea, or snacks, and the cold draft coming from the outside was not relaxing AT ALL. The spa waiting room & post massage area needs A LOT of work. I have been to RedDoor, Salamander, ...
