Enjoy a getaway for two at these romantic properties
The property was nice and clean. The staff was extremely friendly.
Nice location with very nice view on the rooftop. The only thing that I don’t like is the size of the window. It’s too small.
Room near elevators was loud. If you have a preference, tell them away from elevators.
The helpfulness of the entire staff (from the time you exit your cab until you check out) is outstanding. As a guest, you are treated as a family member by everyone working at the hotel.
I love the location and personal service and attention - excellent, especially "Joy" at the front desk, who also teaches yoga at the hotel fitness center.
the stay overall was great, beautiful view! will be here again!!
Beautiful historical Inn. Wonderful staff. Terrific food in Atwater’s! Will definitely be back!
“Small” boutique hotel with 26 floors. The rooms are very contemporary and have been thoughtfully planned with some unique touches. Two lively bars, coffee shop and all day dining. Gym and meeting/event rooms. Staff in all areas professional and friendly. Good location for city exploring.
Very friendly staff, offered me upgrade if interested oriented me about the hotel
I like the view, how clean the hotel was & the location of it.
I love the free breakfast, the large rooms, the location, the restaurant inside the hotel(exquisite food),the fitness area, the amenities including fridge in the room.I do not like the slow elevators in the morning and the main entrance could be a little cleaner.
The room decor was fresh and fun and very comfortable. We LOVED the window seats!! All hotels should have these. I can’t say enough good about the staff...friendly, helpful, answered my many questions, gave good recommendations as well as directions. We will be staying here again!!
Excellent location close to everything but quiet enough to enjoy. Charming decor with a classic feel. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The soaking tub in the premier suite was excellent, as was the view of the chicago river from the 17th floor.
Ideal location with a great resteraunt "Felini" on property. In the cold of winter the 40 to 50 ft long fireplace lobby serving complimentery hot chocolate bar eas perfect!
Hotel was the complete package. Check in was quick and easy. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. The lounge area was great to hang out after exploring the city.
It was close to all the stuff we where their for. Thanks
We love this hotel. Have stayed before and would stay again. Our only complaint is that we have to call downstairs for ice.
