"Staff was amicable and always courteous. Room was always kept clean and tidy. Amenities were always made available and someone was always on stand by in case we needed anything. Had no complaints and only praises ."
"The roof top pool is awesome, a really great vibe and goos view, and overall the service was great - staff were very nice and helpful, housekeeping was very accommodating. We just had a couple issues - the shower didn't work properly to force the eater through the shower head instead of the tub, and then on our last morning the toilet backed up INTO OUR SINK which was really gross. However, they did come to address the problem pretty quickly once notified. "
"This property is very modern. It offers a unique artistic theme the floor we housed on theme feature and Marvel avenger style. The room itself could use a little updating. The shower was a disaster, Water gets all over the floor. The room itself had a very noticeable musty smell. However, the Bed linen was clean. I really like that room service checked in every day unlike other hotels. Steph could’ve been a little friendlier or should I say welcoming.

"This hotel is fantastic. It has a deep history in Denver, great location, friendly staff, and good complimentary breakfast. It's located a hundred feet from Union Station (no, it's not loud), a few blocks from Coors Field (great modern stadium), and within walking distance to many eateries, shops, and more. Highly recommend this historical hotel."
"Love this property! Great pool and drink scene, spa amenities are also amazing, great food options in the hotel and they are super attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend a stay here :)"

"The property is really nice and the conference facilities are beautiful. The staff was extremely nice. Just the outside pool was closed and the area around the hotel seemed unsafe to walk around. We also thought it would be closer to downtown when we booked. But overall a pleasant stay."

"Overall the stay was great. Comfy and very clean. Breakfast was great. The only thing is they need better parking. I was scared my car would be towed where I parked at. "
