"This hotel is not located in the Galleria area of Houston. The room was comfortable, and well taking care of. I enjoyed my stay here. One thing though, there is a gym located forty ft. behind the hotel that open its doors. - literally - at 6:15 am, and played music SO loud that I had to call the police! There is also a trainer there that yells like crazy as if he was at a military camp or something. Again, I had to call the police to report all this, because it happened daily! "

When we did arrive, she happened to be working the desk and she was very professional and helpful with information. The warm cookies were an added bonus. Brennan, Winston, and Courtney in the valet were amazing at being so helpful. My room was So clean and everything went so smoothly. The breakfast was nice in the mornings. I felt super safe with the use of cards to use elevators and the area in general felt safe. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! "
