Gold Coast, Queensland Hotel Rooms at the Mantra

Got checkin early and thanks to Sam got an apartment on the 16th floor. The hotel does consist of 3 towers yet the one we got was oceanview. Was awesome having the view of the ocean and seeing the city also. The hotel is going through a major upgrade but didnt whatsoever ruin our stay. The 2 bed apartment had all the amenities required for our 5 day getaway. A functional kitchen 2 bathrooms an a seperate washroom area. The hotel also has an outdoor and indoor pool with spa which is more than enough to keep the kids occupied. Access to the outdoor pool was a bit daunting as said above major upgrade taking place that basically had pathways obscured by building equipment. There is a games room an gym also made available. Plus the big bonus was a barbeque area on site. You can also use carpark access through to the Elkhorn tower which takes you directly onto the main streets. Location is very close to all the action. Cheap shops, Coles an woollies supermarkets and not forgetting Chevron are all close by. A let down was the fact you had to hire pool towels if you did not take your own. For a resort most hotels do have towels made available free poolside but not in this case. Would definately stay here again.

Fantastic hotel, can't fault it at all. Facilities and layout are excellent! Pools are great for families, pool café has decent affordable snacks etc and a nice friendly man that runs it to. Room was spacious and clean, everything that was needed was in it, the lovely cleaners came but we had a vacume, washing machine etc so didn't see the need for them doing extra work? Everythings just a small stroll away, chemists, Coles-groceries, beach, cafes, everything! Such a welcoming place, we are happy to now call our home away from home whenever we return to the Gold Coast. Loved it.

Excellent for the price, our apartment had ocean & hinterland views, we used the Woolworth link to have groceries delivered to the room before check in & bar a couple of confused phone calls ( I think it may be a new service) the fridge was stocked on arrival. Would recommend staying here to anyone...

Delude room was great. facilities were excellent. Definitely would stay there again

Car parking should be included as it was not the cheapest place to stay

Really nice room, good location, good car park, handy to beach and amenities. Super friendly and helpful staff. Only slight negative was the generator noise next door, which was sometimes louder than the surf.

We have a great holiday. The place was exactly like photos. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Kids loved indoor heated pool. We were only short walk from Cavill Ave and beach markets. It was easy to get to other shopping centres and theme parks. Would definitely stay again.

was a awesome hotel would love to go back someday the room was massive close to the beach shops the mall great view friendly people welcoming staff reception was helpful and friendly I think her name was Tahlia thank you 1st impressions last:)
