"Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes...

"This place is really nice - we had a great four nights here, and were very lucky with the weather as it rained lots just before we arrived (it is "mountain weather" so you get what you get). We arrived "out of hours" but this had been prearranged so there is a safe with pin codes which was easy enough to use and we got our key and instructions very quickly. Parking is in an underground garage which you get into nearby reception using the key provided. Note that the door closes by itself once...
