Super 8 Motel Huntington, WV

Really enjoyed our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good, price was reasonable, rooms were well kept and spacious.

I reserved a room at this hotel as a surprise for my 6 year old daughter. I picked her up from school and took her on our little "mini vacation" (even though the hotel is less than 2 miles from our home). We went swimming and watched movies in the room and enjoyed breakfast the next morning. This was a huge deal for her and quality time for the two of us. Thank you!

For the price it was very satisfactory. The bed was a little soft and there was some sort of stain on the underside of the bedspread at the top. Everything else was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is a nice hotel for a short stay. The room is nice and quiet. There's a pool and free breakfast and it's close to the interstate.

I was pleasantly surprise with this Super 8. It is fairly new and is in a great location right off of I64. It is very easy to get to and there are fast food places along with a Bob Evans within walking distance. The hotel was very clean and offered a fairly nice continental breakfast. There was also a nice hot tub and swimming pool right off the reception area with a fitness room, too! That was great. The staff was very nice and answered all my questions about directions to Marshall University and other places in the area. The price was reasonable, too. The only think I noticed was since I was on the 2nd floor, I could hear the people in the room above me move around. The 3rd floor room squeaked pretty bad but luckly they didn't move around too much while I was there.

We have stayed at this Super 8 multiple times before, which is why we chose to go back this time. For the most part, it was an okay experience. Two main things bothered us enough that we are unlikely to return again. One was the inability to use the hotel WiFi. We could connect to any of the WiFi stations but once connected we were unable to bring any pages up on our web browser or use any Internet apps. The other was the creakiness of the floor in the room above us. It was very loud. Anytime someone walk across the room we could hear it loud and clear.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a long time. Very friendly,helpful, the room was AWSOMELY VERY CLEAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No smell of cigertte smoke.We will stay at this Super 8 again. We loved the view on top of that hill. Will be very beautiful in the fall of the year. Thank you Chuck, Diane

Needed a place to stay close to family for just one night. Didn't want to spend a fortune, but wanted someplace clean. This Super 8 fit the bill. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Not fancy. But very well managed and courteous staff.

Altho the property was clean, convenient and nicely staffed, the soundproofing next door and room above was nonexistent and caused constant noise disruption from no courteous and loud tenants.
