Beautiful hotel and awesome staff. I've stayed there 3 times because of its location .. away from the freeway/Hampton Inn area and the wondering homeless. The rooms are a bit musty, probably time for updates. Otherwise, price, staff, and location make it acceptable for a weekend shelter.

One of the nicest motels I've stayed at. Hugh breakfast buffet, just a couple of things they ran out of. Overall a nice experience.

Our suite was clean and a nice size. The breakfast was very good. The bathroom was in good condition. The bed was very uncomfortable - it sagged and creaked. We basically couldn't get any sleep on it. The room also had a weird smell. The staff gave us Febreeze which did help but the smell seemed to be coming from either the fabrics or the A/C.

First let me say the porch with all the seating is great! Loved starting and ending my day out there. Breakfast was amazing!! 3 containers for hot breakfast choices, all were fantastic!! All staff were extremely polite and helpful. Rooms very clean and had everything advertised. We will be back to visit our new grandson and will be staying here again.

Pro-The front desk was very understanding and helpful. Breakfast was good. Con- The 1st room we got as far as the sitting area and the sofa sleeper looked like it had spill marks all over it and smelled of urine, then I opened it to check the bed and it was stained terribly (red, brown, yellow) we went to 3 more rooms till I found a clean one.

We stayed here twice (on our way to NC and on the way back), we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was and how so close to a restaurant we went to both times. The first time we had connecting rooms which was awesome! Breakfast was great and Ed would stay here again if we ever come again!

Staff was fine, breakfast was fine. But the hallways smelled of must & urine. I witness 3 different guest saying troops were flooded, sinks, toilets not working. The property was in great need of repairs. Elevators, carpets, walls had markings on, pool tiles missing ( a lot of them, ) the only bathroom on main level were dirty & didn’t seem to work. Outside area in front broken window with hole in it . This hotel needs a lot of fixing, a lot. I personally don’t mind it looking older- but sewer problems & safety issues another story. I had read on line how quite a few reviewers talked about toilet & sinks backing up- so I asked for 3rd floor. We didn’t have any problems there &
