The hotel was everything we expected and more! We had a fabulous time! The pool to my surprise was really warm. I was able to get right in. . We went to Yellowstone for our 25th wedding anniversary. The room was very romatic with the fireplace and decorations. The kitchenette came in handing after a long day in Yellowstone. We were too tired to go to a resturant. The location was beautiful with all the mountains and green grass. We saw elk across the street. We were real close to the Teton National Park too! The staff was very helpful and informed us of were we can see the moose in the area. The only problem we had was the air condioner didn't keep the room as cool as we liked. We never reported it, we just opened the window and door to our balcony. We had a fabulous Anniversary. One we will always remember!! We can't wait to go back!!

We had a wonderful time in Jackson. The room had all the ammenities we could ask for. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would diffinatly recommend The Best Western Inn to anyone.

“Great Hotel but off season left few restaurants open”

Wonderful Hotel. We went during the off-season (apparently early Spring and late Fall are both off-seasons). The hotel was empty which left a lot of time to simply enjoy the Jackson/Teton scenery. However, many restuarants, including the hotel restaurant, was closed. I guess the great off-season pricing comes with some drawbacks. The room was great and the hotel staff pleasant in our interactions.

“Best Western Teton Village”

Great room! Friendly Service. Teteon Village tax was kind of a shock! Hot tub not working. Overall the room made the stay very pleasurable and lots of good eating places close to the hotel. Great deal with the price.

“Good Hotel, But bad A/C”

Something wrong with air conditioner, have to use a noisy portable AC. Maybe that's why the price on expedia is cheap. Everything else is good.

“Best choice in Teton Village”

This hotel has nice location, close to the south entrance.

The entire village is dense and crowded, parking was difficult to find and when you arrive after dark the twinkling lights in the trees look darling but are useless for finding your way around. If a ski resort experienced is what you are after - enjoy! We were there in September. If we returned to the area we would try another of the lodging options for comparison.

“Hotel perfect other than the Front Desk Staff”

We were genuinely impressed with this hotel. It surprised us though that the front desk staff were not friendly, discourteous and just plain rude. We would stay here again but just know we wouldn't be greeted with a smile when we check in. The Tetons are one of the most AWESOME places on this earth!
