Great place to stay, beautiful views! Wagon was comfy with heater and electricity. Went horseback riding with the best guides, then drove to swim in Jenny lake. Food is good too, nice breakfast, and ruben was perfect. Bathrooms/showers kept clean

Overall we had a nice time. But … we had breakfast on Sunday morning and the waitress (short hair, blue shirt) was arguing with the cook. She proceeded to bash him to a customer … loudly. It made us feel so uncomfortable. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

We stayed in the covered wagon. It was interesting and pretty clean for basically a tent. The screen zipper was damaged, and although we did not noticed bugs inside, they could have gotten in. It got down to 50 degrees during the night. They furnish a cover that kept us all warm, but if you need to get up during the night it is not easy. The bathrooms were not in good shape, showing a lot of wear. The girls in our group hated the showers. The views were great and breakfast at the cafe was very good. It was basically an average camping night.

DO NOT book the Teepees!! Listen we have stayed in other teepees before and these were down right disgusting!! Do yourself a favor and just pitch a tent. You’d be better off. The beds are a twin frame with a camping pad on top over dirt and bushes/weeds. No electricity and NO BEDDING!! They wouldn’t even give us pillows. The front desk said “not for teepee guests”. Within the first 5 minutes in the teepee we killed 3 long legged spiders and the courtesy sheets they gave us had ants crawling all over them. My children’s teepee looked like it had blood spattered all over the inside of the teepee and there was no real way to secure or close the actual teepee. So you might as well have been sleeping outside in the elements. The front desk and staff were not accommodating at all and VERY RUDE!! They said “umm well this is supposed to be glamming”. Mmm Kay not even close. It was nasty. We left without even getting a refund

Conestoga wagons look nothing like the pictures. The roof is filthy the bedding is filthy and they stink. Restaurant charges $4 for a cup of water. Way overpriced for dirty, smelly and not temperature controlled stay.

High stars aren't just for fancy properties. I gave high stars because this is a RANCH. There is dust, horse manure and camp style mattresses in the covered wagons/teepees (I didn't see the inside of the cabins). Yes, bring your own sheets if you don't want to rent them for $20. The food was good, but expensive. However I was impressed with the diner being open on site until 10pm (fried food only after 9pm I think). But you really don't have to worry about going anywhere for a meal. My kids loved staying in a covered wagon for a night. Much more memorable than just another hotel room.

A great experience. We slept in a tipi and it was cute and as expected outside and of course nature and bugs. You are next to a horse farm so don’t book here if you want to complain about horses or hot/cold due to weather etc. I read the reviews and it is a tipi or a wagon on a working ranch and I knew what to expect. The staff…..hit or miss and “restaurant “ not what I would want. They will not even give you tap water. Ice only unless you pay. Some things were “strange” but worth checking out for the experience. Horse back riding was a plus!

Overall the experience was good. The Teepee was very spacious, the bathrooms/showers were close and the animals were very friendly. It’s a ranch so it’s to be expected that it wasn’t super clean. Most of the staff were very friendly and informative. Horse riding was lots of fun, would recommend if you’re staying. The food there is quite expensive for how low quality it was. Overall it was a 4 out of 5 Ranch.

The heater didn’t work, the description was completely wrong, they stole my daughter’s Stanley, they made us move covered wagons at 10pm after a clearly driving employee could not get the propane heater to work. The floors in the bathroom you almost fell through. This was a horrible experience. They charged me more for the covered wagon than people were currently paying online. Everything was a mud pit. We were placed by the horse pen alone when other spaces were open. Everyone woke up with a head ache that I think had to do with the carbon dioxide we were inhaling. No carbonized or smoke detectors in the covered wagon.

We were put in wagon 2. Our heater was broken so we alerted the staff. They couldn’t fix it so they gave us two small space heaters. The lightbulbs then burnt out shortly after 10pm. We couldn’t find any staff. Then at midnight, all electricity went out in our unit so our space heaters no longer worked. It was 39 degrees outside so going without heat was not an option. My husband walked the property multiple times looking for an employee to no avail. We called the property number. No one picked up and the mailbox was full. My husband tried fixing the electricity himself , but couldn’t find a breaker box (assuming that was the problem). We ended up sleeping in the car after giving up at 1am.
