The property is lovely, but it is VERY poorly managed by Xanterra. Insufficient staffing meant there was NO daily maid service and we had to hunt down more toilet paper

The rooms we were assigned were not in the hotel but in the "lodge" a detail that was not well explained. Further the room which was to have 2 queen beds in fact had only one and was much smaller than advertised. This is a really poor manner in which to conduct business. Honesty would be helpful. I will never again any hotel room through Expedia. I can only hope that the hotel itself was not involved in this deceit.

It became clear that this is in a nature reserve because we had a fox, cow elk and a bison walk through the property. The US GOVERNMENT has passes legislation to provide first class internet to rural areas, yet this property has only SLOW wired Internet. This is totally unacceptable as wireless Internet does not degrade the hotel's experience in any way. Please, please, please install wireless Internet at this facility.

Hotel was really crowded and under-staffed. No bookings were available for dinner at the restaurant so had to eat fast food next door. No wifi or fridge in the room, I wouldn’t stay here again.

A beautiful venue with full service hospitality. The dining room is excellent but only had breakfast. Did 2 tours out of the hotel making it easy to enjoy someone else driving (a 1920’s refurbished tourist bus) . Did the sis et tour and early morning photo tour. Both very professional.
