"My stay here was great. Beautiful view of East Austin and the lake as well as the distance from the convention center made this a great place to stay. Apartment was cozy and well furnished. Would definitely stay here again"

"This property is absolutely gorgeous! Of course we were sad that the drought has dried the lake in front of the cabins but it's all around you. We saw deer, rabbit, fox, raccoon and birds everywhere. The cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated! We had everything we needed. We spent 5 days and will definitely be back! This will be a favorite for us. I forgot the wild berries and there are hammocks between many of the Cypress trees."

"This was a great location and a lovely home. Great owner communication. It was close enough to all the fun stuff but in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The front porch was great and I appreciated the fan (not used to Texas humidity!). It had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay very much!"

"This VRBO is very close to downtown Wimberley yet feels like you’re out in the country. Very peaceful and private surroundings. Kitchen is very well equipped and we enjoyed using the hot tub on the back deck. The owners were very hospitable. We would stay here again."

"We loved our apartment, it was just the right amout of space for our family of 3. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed! The only thing I would add to the apartment we stayed is blackout curtains. The sun and noise from the east side was a bit annoying. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view of the river, we enjoyed it the most. "

"Little Firefly is a very cute property in a nice quiet neighborhood! It is located close to town but in a lovely area that is very relaxing. Marie and Jimmy were great to work with and very responsive to us when we messaged them. The property could benefit from some sprucing up but all and all was a very nice place to stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Candy was very friendly and helpful. The little house was very clean and comfortable and in a beautiful spot. We came for the eclipse and after getting a glimpse of that we really enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the frogs and crickets."

"Finding the property was easier than expected. It could be more lit up for the latenight arrivals like us. Maybe throw in an extra blanket or two for the pullout couch bed. Those are suggestions, not complaints! We loved everything about our stay! "

"We had an excellent stay in this house. It was very clean and has a fabulous view. The only thing that needs attention is the cypress bush out by the garbage can should probably be cut down...it is fine if you are in a truck to see oncoming traffic around the curve and down the hill, but not in a car, the bush is blocking the view. Otherwise it was perfect."

"The property was beautiful! Upon arrival, we met several deer in the back which we loved! We didn’t see any scary critters even when we walked down to where the water was. Huge bonus for me! It hasn’t rained enough in this area for the water to be in the creek behind the property, but that didn’t detract from its beauty. The inside was perfect and met all of our needs as well. You can’t beat the location! You’re within an hour of some of the best eateries and attractions the Hill Country...

We stayed with our Golden Retriever who is a bit spoiled and does not travel well. She was very comfortable here. The location is great, Quiet yet still close enough to everything. "The 2 BR we stayed in for 6 days was fantastic! Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the river and city skyline. A 2 min walk from Rainey St. but we never heard the loud music or had to worry about rowdy crowds. Also a 2 min walk from Lady Bird Lake with a great walking/running trail. Would highly recommend this property for both short and long term stays. "
