"This property is absolutely gorgeous! Of course we were sad that the drought has dried the lake in front of the cabins but it's all around you. We saw deer, rabbit, fox, raccoon and birds everywhere. The cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated! We had everything we needed. We spent 5 days and will definitely be back! This will be a favorite for us. I forgot the wild berries and there are hammocks between many of the Cypress trees."

"This was a great location and a lovely home. Great owner communication. It was close enough to all the fun stuff but in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The front porch was great and I appreciated the fan (not used to Texas humidity!). It had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay very much!"

"This VRBO is very close to downtown Wimberley yet feels like you’re out in the country. Very peaceful and private surroundings. Kitchen is very well equipped and we enjoyed using the hot tub on the back deck. The owners were very hospitable. We would stay here again."

"We loved our apartment, it was just the right amout of space for our family of 3. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed! The only thing I would add to the apartment we stayed is blackout curtains. The sun and noise from the east side was a bit annoying. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view of the river, we enjoyed it the most. "

"Lots to do in a remote location. Pool was nice, an outdoor playground and trails. My 6 yo grandson and I throughly enjoyed ourselves. Wifi is extremely slow, ATT was weak and no TV in room. But still a good time "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Candy was very friendly and helpful. The little house was very clean and comfortable and in a beautiful spot. We came for the eclipse and after getting a glimpse of that we really enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the frogs and crickets."

"Finding the property was easier than expected. It could be more lit up for the latenight arrivals like us. Maybe throw in an extra blanket or two for the pullout couch bed. Those are suggestions, not complaints! We loved everything about our stay! "

"We had an excellent stay in this house. It was very clean and has a fabulous view. The only thing that needs attention is the cypress bush out by the garbage can should probably be cut down...it is fine if you are in a truck to see oncoming traffic around the curve and down the hill, but not in a car, the bush is blocking the view. Otherwise it was perfect."

"Awesome property. It was very clean with wonderful attention to detail from the property managers. Communication was quick and check in was seamless. We stayed with our Golden Retriever who is a bit spoiled and does not travel well. She was very comfortable here. The location is great, Quiet yet still close enough to everything. "The cottage had everything we needed from drinks and snacks to toothpaste. The best place we have stayed at in Dripping Springs. The grounds were beautiful and the location was perfect. We will definitely stay here again. Very comfortable accommodations."

"It was clean. Screened porch was GREAT. Location is choice. The clinic or whatever is across the street had ZERO impact on our stay. I would EASILY book this again for me and a special someone! Galaxy Cafe, coffee place, and market are all an easy stroll down 10th street."

"This charming casita was the perfect place to stay for our son’s graduation from Texas State. Hosts, Joan & Blake, thought of every amenity to make our stay pleasant. No detail went untouched. Anything you could possibly think of was available at our fingertips – snacks, drinks, a full kitchen, including a new 50’s like refrigerator & stove. They also thought outside the box & provided binoculars & head lamps for outdoor excursions of the beautiful property. TV was a great size & internet was...

"The 2 BR we stayed in for 6 days was fantastic! Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the river and city skyline. A 2 min walk from Rainey St. but we never heard the loud music or had to worry about rowdy crowds. Also a 2 min walk from Lady Bird Lake with a great walking/running trail. Would highly recommend this property for both short and long term stays. "
