If you like the style and comfort of a mature home, you will be happy here. As with the rest of W campus, streets and parking are tight, but also walkable to food and shops, too. Great owner communication. It was close enough to all the fun stuff but in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The front porch was great and I appreciated the fan (not used to Texas humidity!).
