  • Our cozy, comfortable 1930’s 2BR cottage bungalow has high ceilings, hardwood floors, beautiful light, gourmet kitchen, and can sleep 6 (w/air mattress, couch). Side patio, front porch with swing/ceiling fan, gracious living room and dining room with variety of books, 2 HD TVs. Pet friendly enclosed yard. Easy walk to UT campus, football stadium, excellent restaurants, shopping, Shoal Creek hiking/bike trail to downtown. Transit bus 1 block away. Driveway parking.

Great location and super cute home! The house was a perfect size for our group. Being all ladies, we especially appreciated all of the mirrors in the house when getting ready! Beds were comfortable and we loved all of the books in the house-we looked through and talked about many of them. This house will definitely be on our list for future stays.

This is a seriously cute and comfortable cottage and we would definitely stay here again! There are some lovely antiques as well as a very comfortable bed! He toilet seat broke, we texted The host and she had a new one within in an hour! Our two little minature poodles loved it too and felt very at home there!

Super cute pet friendly cottage with a fenced in backyard. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, cases of interesting books and all the channels you need. We’ll definitely try to stay here again on our next Austin visit!

This house was very quaint and immaculately maintained, and located in a cute quiet neighborhood in West Campus. We loved all the amenities, including the fenced in backyard and cozy patio, as well as free parking. Within walking distance of many restaurants and campus activities. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. We hope to stay here again sometime!

This VRBO felt like staying at a friend's house while they were away. It was comfortable and felt like a home (books, porch swing, plants, etc.) The location was convenient and the beds were comfortable.

Great place to stay in Austin

My family of four stayed for two nights at Joan's lovely cottage. It is clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable! We all enjoyed our stay, especially all the outdoor seating areas. Our family will definitely return!
