"My sister and I met here to get away from our families for a few days and this location AND time of the year did not disappoint! During our stay the neighborhood complex was very quiet, we did really see to many other people. Once you get to the unit it’s very clear on how to get to the beach, there’s two different codes to use which we just took pictures of on our phone. The beach is a VERY easy walk and if you aren’t able you could park at Folly Field park for public access. We used the beach...

"Very clean, check in was easy and quick. The condo met our needs and was very inviting. We had three adults and two teenagers. Easy access to the pool and beach. Great location to restaurants and shopping. Overall excellent stay. Would definitely come back again."

"We love Hilton Head and this is by far our favorite place. This condo was amazing . From the immaculate bathrooms/kitchen/bedrooms to the stacked kitchen with everything you could need this was a worry free stay. An added bonus is the location close to pool and beach. During the week the beach wasn’t busy. This was in early May. We went for a long weekend and even extended a day because it was such an enjoyable stay. Host is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Lots of fun games...

"Condo was clean and very close to the pool and beach (5 min walk with a 2 year old). There were chairs, a wagon, umbrella, and towels available. This was awesome since we were unable to bring our own. Owner was responsive and was able to answer any questions we had. Internet disconnected once and the owner was able to troubleshoot quickly in order to get us back up and running in a few minutes. We will absolutely stay here again when we go back to HHI!"

"Close to restaurants, beachfront, room had everything you need. Full size refrigerator was great usually you get a tiny refrigerator. Kitchen had stove and microwave. Property has a front gate with full time security. Had a great time and will be back in the near future. "

"At 75 lugging big suitcases up 3 floors was a handful. And when trying to tune in TV was a nightmare. Confronted with 5 remotes and rain outside, i would take my chances with lightning. Ok for 35 and under or family with kids"

"We loved this property! It’s tucked away and not your average crowded touristy beach. There was lots of wildlife which we loved. If you’re looking for soft sand etc this may not be the beach for you though. The grounds are very well kept and just beautiful. We would stay here again for sure! The only feedback I have is that sometimes the upstairs neighbors were very loud but I’m not sure if there is much anyone can do about that. Otherwise this was a great location and we enjoyed our family...

"The unit was clean and decorated nicely, but the mattress on the bed left a lot to be desired and was very small for being listed as a queen. The couch was also very uncomfortable. Additionally, the miniature coffee pot isn’t practical, even for two people, and the pots/pans were giving dollar store quality. The saving factors were the view and proximity to the beach/pool. Having stayed in several other units/properties, I expect more for the cost."
