"This is an older property. Musty and not fresh orders throughout the house. It is obvious that they only surface clean the interior as you look under the bed or on shelves and they have not been cleaned in a very long time. As for the Host (John) we made the mistake of missing our check out time and John demanded we pay a late charge (which I agreed to and paid but then after moving out John then demanded another full days rent ( which we also paid) even tho we were never given the opportunity...

"This property fulfilled our needs during our week long visit to the Big Apple. We slept there and did very little else there since we were on the move the entire week. The apartment is clean and has the necessities only. Easy check-in and check-out. Better if you do not have a car but are willing to ride the bus into NYC each day."

"I first the ad promoted 2 bed room and it’s was only one with a person next to you second the owner was horrible with communication check in was at 4 I couldn’t check in until 8 just to view a little room with dead roaches on the sheats and covers I didn’t even stay i simply went to a motel and lost money booking this property the owner say he lock out he can’t give refund"

"Our stay at Maple ave was great!! When we arrived it was a quiet dead end road with curbside parking. The instructions for getting in were super clear, when we walked in everything looked perfectly clean, and the amenities were great for a short stay for a concert at MetLife. It took us approximately 15 minutes to drive from the apartment to the parking lot of the stadium, which was perfect. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Like others said, it is a great option for an affordable stay! The place is small but filled with all you may need. It is clear Jose is continuously trying to improve guests' experience as he has updated his amenities to include things like a microwave and nice bedding. It might be nice to also include some shampoo in the shower. Overall, nice stay AND host, also really close to the bus station to get into New York."
