Nice hotel, close to college campus.

Pros: The bathtub had spa jets, though I didn't get to see if they worked, plus a continental breakfast, all for very cheap.
Cons: For the price, nothing. Everything was great.
Location: It's a college town, so pretty every much everything is geared toward that demographic. I wish I could have seen what else there was to do in town.
The place had a nice feel to it, so much so that I believe I got way more than I paid for. On that note, the receptionist almost overcharged me by a couple of dollars, and I didn't notice, but when I checked out, she told me of her mistake and credited me accordingly, which, though not a big deal, was nice. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

Pros: Good location.
Cons: Matresses need to be changed. They need to keep better maintenance (plumbing)
I was assigned to a room but when I went to it the door would not open. I went back to see what was wrong so they just changed my room number because they said that more than likely the battery had gone dead. I went inside and the lighting was very dim. The carpet had a few stains. The heater was not digital so I had to get up two times in the middle of the night to adjust since it would go from too cold to too hot. The bed was old and uncomfortable and to top it all off the restroom did not flush.

Hotel was poorly maintained, room smelled musty and nasty, an attempt was made to cover it with something like a spray or cheap air freshened that lasted a bit too long.

Will never return.

My disappointment in this hotel was astounding. The decor had potential but I was unable to walk without socks because the floor felt icky. The manager informed me that the carpets were recently cleaned so perhaps it was too much soap. The tub was equipped with a jacuzzi but I was too afraid to use it due to the nasty look of it. Small hairs were in the tub and around it and the paint was chipped all around the tub. I felt dirty even after my shower. This whole experience could have been redeemed by a good nights sleep but that did not happen. The sheets were scratchy (maybe the brand or too much bleach) and the pillows were made of foam. When I complained to the manager he said that I was "pissed off" when I arrived. I arrived at a little after 9 and was greeted by a barefooted, sloppily dressed man with a rough attitude.

Nice Inn at reasonable price

Inn is older but well maintained for its age. Furnishings are somewhat dated (which does not bother me) but are clean and comfortable. Rooms are good size; you don't feel cramped. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Parking is only holdback; not a place if pulling a pulling trailer. Large pickup should be OK though. There may be a vacant parking lot next door.
